We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing time:
As many of our pieces are prepared in small batches, orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time:
After dispatch, UK orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Total delivery time is typically 8-17 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping cost:
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Order tracking:
If tracking is available for your order, we will send tracking details by email after dispatch.

Small-batch fulfilment:
During our soft launch, some pieces may be prepared through our small-batch fulfilment process. This helps us reduce waste and test demand before holding larger inventory.

Incorrect address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International orders:
International shipping may be added later. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.
