Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at zhaozhiqi33@gmail.com with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
