30-Day Return Policy

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at zhaozhiqi33@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zhaozhiqi33@gmail.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, please refer to our return policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
